Explore, Snap, Win competition Terms and Conditions 2024
By entering the Explore, Snap, Win competition, you accept the Competition Terms and Conditions set out below (Terms).
The Promoter of this competition is Wellington Regional Economic Development Agency Limited (t/a WellingtonNZ) (Level 1, 175 Victoria Street, Wellington, New Zealand).
Employees of The Promoter, participating retailers and experiences. and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter this competition.
Entrants must be 18 years of age or older and residents of Australia or New Zealand to be eligible.
Entrants must possess the rights to all imagery submitted by them.
The Promoter has the right to use all imagery and photographer credits submitted via the Explore, Snap, Win competition form on WellingtonNZ.com, social media, and in any associated newsletters or websites of The Promoter and/or its associated sponsors or agents.
Entries open at 12am NZST, Monday 8 April 2024 and close at 11:59pm NZST, Tuesday 30 April 2024 (The Competition Period). Any entries made after this date and time will not be counted.
To enter the competition you must attach your trail feature photo to the supplied competition form. Entrants can only have one (1) entry per individual trail. If all six (6) trail features are captured and submitted, entrants will have a total of six (6) entries.
Nine (9) spot prizes will be drawn at random from all eligible entries on Wednesday 1 May 2024. Only one (1) spot prize can be won per person. The prizes are:
1 x Weber® Baby Q® Premium (Q1200N) Gas Barbecue
2 x $50 Dwights Outdoors gift voucher
1 x double pass for a Wellington Zoo Close Encounter
1 x family pass to Space Place (2 adults and up to 3 children)
1 x $50 Long Beach Cafe and Tavern gift voucher
2 x $25 Seashore Cabaret gift voucher
1 x Staglands family pass (2 adults and up to 3 children)
All winners will be notified by email. If a winner does not confirm acceptance of their prize by 4pm NZST, 8 May 2024, a second prize draw will be undertaken. In the event of a second prize draw, if the new winner drawn does not respond to their winner’s notification email within a reasonable time (determined by The Promoter), a third prize draw will be undertaken, and so on until the winner is finalised.
If stated by The Promoter in the winner's notification email, winners will need to collect their prize from The Promoter at Level 1, 175 Victoria Street, Wellington, New Zealand. Winners must collect their prize by 4pm NZST, 31 May 2024.
The prize draws are final, and correspondence will not be entered.
The Promoter may collect personal information provided with your entry for the purposes of administering this competition. The winner grants permission for their email address to be provided to any relevant third parties offering part of the prize package to communicate information relating to their prize only.

Travel and other incidental costs associated with claiming the prizes are the responsibility of the winner.
Prize components are subject to change by The Promoter and the individual suppliers without notice.
All prize components are non-refundable for cash either in part or in whole and are not transferable to any persons, unless agreed in writing by The Promoter.
The Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify an entrant who it considers to be ineligible, or who tampers with the competition entry or draw process, or who fails to comply with these Terms.
The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage suffered or inflicted by you (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss) in connection with this competition. Due diligence is carried out to ensure the providers used in our competitions have health and safety measures in place at the time of promotion. We recommend contacting the product provider(s) to confirm any details and to ensure their latest initiatives comply with all Health & Safety and regulatory requirements ahead of taking up your prize.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed according to the laws of New Zealand. You agree that the Courts of New Zealand shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute which may arise in connection with these Terms, unless otherwise agreed by The Promoter.
The Promoter respects privacy rights under the Privacy Act 2020 and will comply with the privacy principles in relation to the collection of any personal information from individuals entering this competition.
